Make the HP manteau 10% more dmg for HL.
It is true and I aggred with u Zue that with HP links so the HL is powerful.
But not all HP always got links or use links and else if so we can still use maya or GTB against it

Am not sure that the HP manteau ill add 10% more dmg for HL but anyway outer make the % so that it is balance,it can be less or more then 10%!!
But not too low hehe.

@Outer,OK!! think of this,HP got like only 5m and Sinx 9m. With just link so the HL is only like 250k O.O,Sinx sbk is like 60k at least or just Sblow over 250k. Sbk dont make high dmg but they can still use GTB or Maya. And Sblow cant use GTB or Maya right,but they can still spam and cloaking.
Make the HP manteau 10%. If not balance or too overpower so u stil can remove it zZzz.
