OK this is not really accurate as the the Title says:
OK before we starts let we should know 1st that their are 4 BASIC elements in the game know as FIRE,WATER,WIND,EARTH
The 4 elements usually does to Demi-Human (consider as Neutral Prop)
Note: 25% more damage is not that accurate Mostly on spells/magic through the magic deffence and attack's
FIRE= 25% more damage to Neutral's or will deal 100% damage!
WATER= 25% more damage to Neutral's or will deal 100% damage!
WIND= 25% more damage to Neutral's or will deal 100% damage!
EARTH= 25% more damage to Neutral's or will deal 100% damage!
Note: If you are a Melee attacker the damage varies on what is the level of your weapon!

-Why its not accurate?
* Its because specially in Demi-Humans (Players) usually switch armors, Or use cards to reduce certain elements.
-Does they only increase up to 25%?
* NO because their are cards that will also increase this Elemental attacks
* The best sample is the Deviling card. Always remember that Deviling can Increase the elemental attack's by up to 50% but greatly reduce the Neutral attacks by also 50%(Asura Strikes)
-Those elements also will increase if the monster/enemy is against ur Prop attack, Best example is the Prof How?
* Example is the Skill STONE CURSE the professor will convert ur element in to a EARTH PROPERTY means the FIRE will do 100% more damage on you! its because the EARTH is AGAINST THE FIRE PROP.
