Please Change the time woe in scarlet palace
make it 19-20 server time.. bcuz super laggy 15:16 server time
idk what is reason hehehe.
please change the time in scarlet castle...

cant change the time of WOE hours because some WOE hours are for USA, MEXICO & CANADA.

suggestion. has been accepted.

i thought scarlet palace was 15pm-16pm (3-4pm) california time. i made a mistake lol that was for bamboo groove.

time 15pm-16pm servertime was checked 3 times, yes, you do have a point that the server lags at that time. so, i move the scarlet time right after the kriem and repherion woe. check the npc at prontera where it says WOE NPC then click on Scarlet | kriem & repherion to get the exact time.
