Error in High Priest Skill

Can i know why the Assumptio effect is so fast finish? is the server set like that? it support stand for 100 sec for lv5 Assumptio while it only stand for 5sec or 6sec.

Beside that, i also unable to set the Bless to lv10 for my shortcut list. Is that got any problem or what? Thx

yes, the assumption was edited because it makes the characters hard to kill. i set the limit to it.
