ok so my girlfriend was just in game doing points to tickets yadda yadda and got some things out of her mail in game. then got disconnected from server. when she logged back in all the tickets she converted and the items from the mail were gone please help.

when did it happen?

her account still have 400 points + 400 coins + 60 tickets + 1 book with baphomet + 3 tgenerals.

she still have 3 mails. which have a msg "here".

i am checking the stargladiator located at the mall (turbo_room).

she started with 500 points. transfered 100 and had 5 chonchon dolls then she got disconnected logged back in and had 400 points 60 tickets and no dolls

i am not sure what was happening but i would say it must be lag that cause the saving points or time to the server SQL files which stores all accounts,storage, items and so on. but if you want your 100 points + 5 chonchon dolls back i can give / add it to ur GF's account.
