Lets see I looked up the quest on http://ragnainfo.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html but when I warped there the npc's weren't there. I tried looking in the mall.. Is there something I'm forgetting? Please help if you have an answer. Thank you.

How do you make Baphomet Horns?

you can get the regular baphomet horn by buying cookie bags (you will get random items) or by summoning baphomet MVP monster. u will need 25m to get in one of the summoner MVP Room and you need 100 coins to summon 1 MVP.
type @mi Baphomet or @mi 1039 - to check the drop rate of the items on baphomet monster.
the drop rate of the baphomet horn regular is 10% - 15%.
and with that regular horn you can trade that to different color by change it to the npc located at the mall which is QUEST #1 or QUEST #2. u might need dye stuff for different colors you want or buy them at some players.
