incarnation card doesn't work
drake card = Nullify reduction in damage inflicted on enemies resulting from enemy's size. it means your damage will not be lower. it might work or might not that depends on your enemys elements or armors.

so it seems.. some cards here are useless? and some mobs dont drop cards

Yes they does.. but its 25% drop..
There is a mob that dont drop card.. Kiel doesent drop card
