For your own IDEA.. do you need to be a GM so that u can recruit people?
If you just love the server u can invite them w/o using GM acc.! thats what i did! i recruited 7 players even though I am not a GM before!

yup i know, but i didnt tell that make me a GM cause i can recruit other ppl here i just put it.

If you interview people u should act as a SUPERIOR that them that's the way u can see if they can fight their fear! its not really all about that, remember its a job as a moderator this is a forum, I almost role everything. but since hes applying in the forum I have the power to that!
