I lost 500m, yesterday i had deposited 500m and after today i wanted to deposit 100m, but then i found out the zenies in my bank disappeared, does it mean there is a bug at the bank, do i have to be refunded or not, Thx!

maybe you put too much zenys? the bank can hold upto 2b.
