o.O my SG needs help...

I can't on my SG ´coz it keeps erroring when I try to online it. But when I try to online other character in the same account, I can do it. I think the problem is that my SG was in Union Mode, I was linked then I used Union then suddenly I was disconnected. I'd tried to see my SG when I used other account to log-in. My SG was stucked below the healer in prontera..o.O I can't woe without my SG so please Outer help me fix this...

..go to our control panel, ..reset your SG, ..the hair style, equips, hair color, and reset position, ..log-in ur accnt in our control panel, ..dont worry the equips will be in the inventory incase you will reset it ..

TRY TO LOG it in with the bot files. then type

c @die

then enter.

that way it will die and will reset it's position and union. or wait after 5-10 minutes.

Note:
( i will disable the use of union on any map ) roger that!

I've already done these things and yet when I log my SG in, an error box is still appearing..When my SG died, union was still on..o.O..so what could we do about it?? can it be dispelled?? can we configure the bot program to use Union skill??, I mean, I'll bot my Sg then It will use Union.. if yes that would be a solution..
