about baby woe

about the baby woe, does it work or not because when i go inside the castle there is no emperium displayed and it is not broadcasted that baby woe is begun is there's a problem on rothenburg if there is can u fix it? or there will be no baby woe for now.

its fixed now... i forgot one code thats why it didnt work. thank you for the information.
