they have been edit to balance the game , not totally all of them .. some of it reduce by 20% or 10% as far as i know.

theres no error on the cards. it was reduced the damage. there is a MAGIC users MANTEAU which you can buy them using poring coins... that npc which sells the manteau's located at @warp turbo_room 100 100 or click the npc at prontera which says VEND PLACE it will take you to the mall.
most cards & weapons that gives extra damage, coma, resist, long range less attacks has been reduced to 1-10% that way it will balance the server. all in all those cards work.
